FALL 2015 WHEELS Baseball raffle information

        The WHEELS Baseball Program 

is selling raffle tickets to raise money for necessary expenses such as equipment, assistant coaches, umpire fees, tournament fees, as well as other expenses.   

One hundred percent of the proceeds 

from this fund-raiser will go to the baseball program.

Each member of the baseball program has been asked to sell a minimum of $100 worth of raffle tickets at a price of $2 for students $5 for adults.  

 

There will be one winner.   

The winner has the choice of one of the below

-       PS4

-       Xbox One

-       $300 gift card.

The winner will be selected randomly by 12/18/2015  

unless we have not sold enough raffle tickets to cover the cost of the prize,

 in which case the drawing will be rescheduled for a later date.

After paying your donation you should receive a ticket stub with a unique number on it as your receipt.   

Please write your full name and phone number on the back of the ticket stub that the player will be turning into me so we can contact you, should you win.
