This fall, get closer to the college of your dreams!
Join over 150 high school girls, parents, and guardians for a series of workshops and panel discussions about college decisions, applications, financial aid, and more. You’ll hear directly from admissions officers, get an in depth guide on how to pay for college, receive professional advice on writing an effectual essay in your own voice and style, and talk to current college students about what college life is really like! The day also includes a college fair with representatives from a variety of great East Coast colleges. (You can read a short overview of last year’s Seminar, written by a GWN mentee, here!) Parents, guardians, mentors, and educators are welcome. Download the flyer here and feel free to share it widely!
This fall you can:
- Start of perfect your college essay in workshops led by experts
- Attend panels of current college students, admissions officers, counselors, and others to gain insight into the college decision and application processes
- Learn more about financial aid and scholarship opportunities to support your college journey
- Meet alumnae and outreach officials from prominent East Coast colleges in the college fair

- Who can come: High school girls, and their parents & guardians – but you MUST register in advance and get a confirmation email!
