Some ways to serve:
encourage your parents and family members to attend WHEELS Family Association meetings;
publicize the event (once the WHEELS Family Association saves the date);
sign folks up to bring food and paper goods;
get playlists from folks of all ages;
sign up to decorate;
sign up to clean up;
sign up to sell tickets.
