Free Cooking Demonstrations Free Cooking Demos with City Harvest are hosted the first Wednesday of the month at the NMIC office at 45 Wadsworth Avenue (between 175th and 176th St). Demos share tips and ideas for healthy, tasty, and affordable meals with an emphasis on fruits and vegetables. Attendees also sample a tasty recipe that's healthy too.
