The last Discovery Day event of the year will invite hundreds of people to explore normally closed sections of the Freshkills Park project, and volunteers are a vital part of making this event happen. Whether you have recently joined the Freshkills Park volunteer team or you have volunteered at Discovery Days in the past, we would love to have you there as part of the team. Volunteering at Discovery Day offers behind-the-scenes access to an awesome park landscape, great activities, friendly people and a free t-shirt and lunch.
